Segregation and recycling
(waste paper, aluminum scrap, waste foil)
Approximately 900 kg of paper can be produced from a ton of recycled paper. It is worth noting that the paper production process consumes, apart from a huge number of trees, also a lot of energy and water. Recycling 1 ton of paper allows you to reduce water consumption by 31,000 liters, and the reduction in energy consumption can be up to 75%. Finally, by collecting waste paper, we noticeably reduce the amount of waste generated.
Energy-saving lighting
Throughout the company, the lighting has been replaced with fluorescent lamps and we are systematically replacing it with LED lighting.
Rainwater treatment plant
The Biała River flows right next to our plant, so that polluted water does not go directly to the river, we have built a separator for its purification.
Disposal of hazardous waste
All paint residues and used developer are disposed of.
Recykling
900 kg of paper is produced from 1 ton of recycled paper.
60% less water consumption in the production of paper from recycled paper.
By sorting waste paper, the amount of waste is reduced by 30%.
75% less energy consumption when making paper from recycled paper.
Each ton of paper produced from recycled paper saves 17 trees from being cut down.
